Seedling Start-Up Club
We’re launching with a planning and planting session
SATURDAY, MARCH 30 from 2:00 to 4:00
At our first meeting, we will
- discuss garden planning strategies and share planning tips
- prepare soil starter mix and seed trays
- plant vegetable seeds for plants requiring an extended season
The series will continue every 2nd SUNDAY at a time that will be determined by participants at the first session

We’re building on the success of 2018
At each meeting, we will continue planting and transplanting seeds.
As time permits, we will discuss building soil, composting, vermiculture, cold frames, mulching, garden beds, container gardening and other topics of interest.
We are also planning workshops, summer garden tours, and a harvest celebration. Details TBA
There is a $25 fee to cover the cost of supplies, including seeds, planting trays and soils. Each member will be able to take transplants home to their own gardens.
All planting tools will be provided
Hot chocolate, tea and coffee will be available – as will conversation, friendship and plenty of laughter.
