Ready for Winter Work Party Nov. 24, 2018
Saturday, November 24, 10 am – 2 pm it is our “Ready For Winter” Work Party, followed by Episode 2 of our new podcast, “More of the Shore: Through Story and Song”.
With fall soon ending, we are busy getting ready for winter, and inviting friends to join us for a morning of shared productivity at the Deanery. Stay for soup, followed by an afternoon of music and story telling with Kurtis McAllister and Rachel Bruch McAllister, the creators of “More of the Shore”.
There are lots of chores that need doing from splitting and stacking wood, to rebuilding the brush fence, to planting garlic and putting the gardens to bed. Indoor and outdoor doings. Be sure to dress for the weather, and if you’re able, shared snacks are appreciated!
