Women’s Woodworking Workshop at the Deanery!
Have you been seeking supportive space to learn about woodworking alongside likeminded beginners? Come out to the Deanery for a weekend-long Women’s Woodworking Workshop!
This workshop will be a 2-day retreat on April 26th & 27th with the goal to give self-identifying women a supportive space in which to learn about tools and construction methods. Hosted by Red-Seal certified cabinet maker, Erin Philip, folks will leave the course with an increased confidence regarding the safe use of a range of tools and expanded construction knowledge and experience!
During the first day, attendees will each create a small project following plans with guided assistance, and on the second day folks will collaborate to create two large-scale projects. 🪚 🔨 🪚 🔨
