The 3rd Annual General Meeting for The Deanery Project Co-operative is being held at:
The Deanery Project 
37 Deanery Road, Lower Ship Harbour, NS
7:30 – 8:30pm on Thursday, June 27th

The purpose of the meeting is to:
· elect new members to the Board of Directors
· to receive financial statements for the company for the year ending March 31, 2013
· to approve changes to the By-Laws as stated below
· to review operations of the Deanery Project for the past year.

All members and friends of the Deanery are invited to attend.

A tour of the Deanery Project will be offered from 6:45 – 7:15.
Light refreshments will be served.

Note: Changes to the Articles of Association and By-Laws are outlined below.

10 Board of Directors:

(a) The board of directors shall consist of 9 (nine) (minimum of three) who shall be elected for a term of two years.

(d) Eligibility for election to the board of directors include the agreement with the objectives of the co-operative, acceptance of leadership position when requested, being supportive of the

Co-operative whenever possible, and that two of the board positions be filled by young (age not specified) adults.
